About the Author: Rachel M. Sparks
Rachel M. Sparks worked as an Executive Secretary, Regional Administrator, and Supply Sales Specialist for over twenty-five years. In 1999, she started her own organizing business. Rachel has been recognized for her expert organizing abilities as a featured guest on KOCE-TV. She has been the subject of articles in The Los Angeles Times, Irvine World News, Placentia News-Times, Orange County Home Magazine, and Coast Magazine. She was also a spokesperson in a commercial for the company, Organize-Everything in Riverside.
In 2001, right after 9/11, Rachel started writing poetry. She has written over 250 poems for wedding blessings, birth of a child, and loss of a loved one or pet. During that time, she also started writing children’s stories. Those sat in her computer until she retired from her organizing business on December 31, 2014. After 15 years of helping her clients get organized, she can now devote her time to work on her projects. This prompted her to bring one of her children’s stories to life and self-publish it.
Rachel loves her grandchildren and enjoys taking them to the park, watching movies, baking cookies, and playing games. She also has fun doing arts and crafts and swimming in the pool with them.
Rachel lives with her husband in Southern California and likes to attend car club events with him. To become more active in her neighborhood, Rachel started a Bunco group. She enjoys having barbeques and gathering with friends and family.
